Collojinxes
Now is the time to tell you about the evil side of collosphinxes: collojinxes. A collojinx is quite simply an evil collosphinx. They have differences from normal collosphinxes, though. A collojinx could be another type of collosphinx: a Spider Collosphinx. The spiders are closer to a spider version of the part human-part horse centaurs. I won't really go into the details, but you'll know one if you are ever unfortunate enough to see one.
All collosphinxes come from either the spirit or demon domain, and the ones from the demon domain are evil. The domains determine, with the help of the essences, what powers a collosphinx has. Another difference: While not all are Spiders, they all have powers from the Demon Domain instead of the Spirit Domain. The domains are like the essences, but more of them. There are light, dark, love, hate, good, and evil domains, to name a few. Each collosphinx has powers from two of the domains as well as one of the essences. None have from the Good, Evil, Love or Hate domains, as those are reserved for the Angels, but I won't go into that now. Collojinxes tend to have darker powers and will actually switch from darker to lighter if they become good. It also works the other way around, if they become evil: they develop darker powers and switch to the demon domain. The business of domains is very complex, I must say.
Collojinxes often appear more powerful than collosphinxes, but aren't always. The appearance of power is actually their lack of compassion, humility, and restraint. The appear more powerful because they are more inclined to use their power. If it was between a collojinx and a collosphinx who had nothing to lose and everything to gain, it would be actually more likely that the collosphinx would win. They're powers are equal, it just depends on what drives them to use them.
